I have struggled with weight all my life. I was always a heavy child and it lasted to my adulthood. I decided to get into shape and start to eat healthier and exercising!
I had to change how I thought about food and had to be more active. I knew I would need help and support. My cousin and now Coach, is helping me through every step of the way. She introduced me to Shakeology and P90X, meal planning and eating healthier.
I thought at first, "Ugh, I'm going to have to give up eating the foods I like!" But hat wasn't the case. I'm just making healthier choices and cooking things differently! The cravings are less because of Shakeology and its packed with nutrients and veggies that our body needs! It was easier than I thought! The results I have seen are amazing to me! I never thought I could actually do P90X! Its tough, but Tony makes you want to BRING IT! with each workout! I actually look forward to working out because I am seeing results!!
In my first round of P90X, I lost 30 pounds, and 30 inches all around!!
I still have more weight to lose, but I am so happy that I started Shakeology and P90X, and am sticking to it and WANT to keep going! If anyone out there wants to join me on this journey (whether its P90X or another BeachBody program), send me a msg! I want to help you on your journey!
