More statistics| CoachSarahK Round Rock, TX As a college athlete, I was able to eat whatever I wanted without gaining weight. After I began working full time, I quickly put on 25 pounds with the help of my daily coffees and the italian eatery down the street from my office. I was able to lose 10 of those pounds by cutting back on the cream and sugar in my coffee and eating a frozen meal for lunch at least 2 days a week. I still seem to be stuck these days, but going slowly (very slowly!) down. Lost only 2 pounds in two months. Still, I guess I am going in the right direction. I now have a local workout buddy to help More ...
