I have lost 60 pounds since November 2010 through exercise and eliminating processed foods and refined sugar from my diet. I started with a 30 day goal of eliminating soda and processed food and have been able to maintain this for over 6 months. If you want an accountability coach, send me a buddy request and I would be happy to have you join my group. Once I started working out, I didn't want to go back to eating junk food again.

I started Insanity weighing 188 and finished at 172. I am very happy with losing 16 pounds and have had many people notice that I am thinner.

My family history of heart disease and cancer has been my biggest motivation through each workout. I finished my first round of Insanity in August and can't wait to do P90x next. I was interested in Insanity because it utilized my own body weight and included a great warmup with stretching.
