I wasn't skinny when I was a kid, but I wasn't fat either. I never learned what healthy eating was from my parents (Well, they considered marshmallow fluff healthy). When I hit college I gained the freshman 15 and much more! I'm 5'5" and weighed over 200 pounds fresh out of college. I didn't like how I felt or how I looked, I also didn't have a lot of energy. I
