At the end of Feb 2012, I was 195 lbs and tired of it. I signed up for a Tough Mudder and used that motivation to push through P90X. That marvellous program stripped 30 lbs of goo off of me and built on 5 lbs of sexy muscle. Insanity helped pare me down another 6 lbs and made my cardio level and endurance go actually Insane!

Sept 21- Army Half marathon 2 hrs 56 min
Sep/Oct- Starting Body Beast, wanting to get right ripped and solid. Signed up for 2 Tough Mudders in 2013, a Spartan Beast and the Army Half marathon again! Gonna BRING IT!
