Continuing my progress in 2012 starting P90X2 on Jan. 9. I finished two rounds of P90X and then I did around of Brazil Butt Lift to mix things up a bit. :)I just took my fit test on 1/8 for P90X2 and I didn't lose too much as it will be close to two months since I did P90X. Looking forward to getting back to a steady routine as I have been fitting my workouts in during December... Back at it at between 5 a.m and 5:30 a.m. EST. My transformation is in Progress. Today is 7/1/11 and I have completed my first round of P90X.

I surpassed many of my goals have almost reached the others.I am extremely close to reaching all of them. I am excited about starting round two of P90X after vacation week!

The transformation began to show itself in the first 3 weeks and within the first 60 days I had lost a inch off my waist! I was not expecting noticeable results so fast since all my exercising in the past took so much longer to see that kind of result!

My measurements have gone down everywhere! I think my weight when I started was 137, but it my have been closer to 140 (it had been about 2 months since I had been on a scale and all my clothes were tighter or didn't look good on me anymore. I had even broke down and bought a couple of pairs of jeans that fit:( Then my husband encouraged me to try P90X, but only if was I committed to follow it and the nutrition plan. He had heard from other people that the nutrition plan was essential to seeing fast results. I am now sure he was right! I have lost at least 5 pounds so far. (I don't have scales because I then become obsessive about my weight.)

I didn't have calipers when I started, so I also don't know where my body fat started at, but at 61 days into the program it is at about 21%.

I am looking forward to my continued transformation. Still got some of that cellulite hanging around on the backside, but it too is slowly going away. Stick around for my first round results and then I'll be starting Round 2!
