More statistics| CoachTIsen Westerville, OH Currently a SAHM of a extremely active 3 yr old. My husband and I really want him to grow up knowing exercise and staying active and good nutrition are important parts of a great life. Since he stopped taking naps I was having a hard time finding time and staying motivated to work out.
