EUGENE, OR I’m the kind of guy that likes the outdoors. If it’s something outside, I am down! Living with my two baby boys (the dogs) I am constantly active. If we are not hanging out, I am likely working at the barn with the horses or having a blast as a youth minister. Anything that involves me being active, I am there. Why? Because I have the energy and a great mindset. The trick? Being happy! But that’s I’m the kind of guy that likes the outdoors. If it’s something outside, I am down! Living with my two baby boys (the dogs) I am constantly active. If we are not hanging out, I am likely working at the barn with the horses or having a blast as a youth minister. Anything that involves me being active, I am there. Why? Because I have the energy and a great mindset. The trick? Being happy! But that’s now—I haven’t always been this way. About a year ago I was spending no time with my boys (or anything fun for that matter) and instead working crazy hours managing my restaurant. Needless to say I wasn’t the healthiest; minimal sleep, unhealthy eating habits, stress, weight loss, physical exhaustion and no focus. Finally after nights and nights of P90X infomercials (as that was the only ‘me-time’ I had and the only thing on at 3:00 in the morning) I finally decided to just do it! I had to quit thinking about it constantly…and just do it. And so I did. Since then, I have been more vivacious than ever. I am sleeping well and not worrying about this or that. The workouts and the results you see get you so stoked that life around you becomes calm. That doesn’t mean it’s easy. When I first began, I couldn’t even complete the first round; I gave in. This occurred at least twice before I finally told myself that P90X is not only about achieving a ripped body—P90x is about a better, longer, happier life. I finally decided to commit and succeed. It was rough, and still can be, but I have to focus and look three steps ahead. The outcome is worth it. Being active is rewarding. When you set a goal or even write a to-do list (and complete it) the sense of merit you feel puts you on top of the world. You achieved your goal! You are healthy! You have the energy to finish your chores, to do your homework, to give an important presentation, or to chauffeur your kids around all afternoon . . .the list goes on. To put it simply: healthy people are happy people. I discovered that when I completed P90X.
What’s in store for me next? One thing is certain: I have to share my story with others and help them get healthy. Beachbody is more than an awesome workout—chances are if you are reading this, you already know that . Glad to be a part of the team and look forward to meeting you!

My transformation!?! Check out www.YourNewChange.com. I think I already mentioned most of this topic in my previous 'basic information' section, Opps. Oh well, same thing right. So yeah, that pretty much says most of it. As for now, my goals are to gain a little more muscle mass. Get a little bigger. Which means upping my protein and calorie intake. Its a lot harder than most think, but so far by pounding my body with the right nutrients and correct intake, I have been pleased with my results. Just got to keep it up. Remember as Tony says it..."Rome was not built in a day, and neither was your body" So yeah, go check out my site and you will be able to see my transformation. From who I was to my New Change!
