My transformation!?! Check out www.YourNewChange.com. I think I already mentioned most of this topic in my previous 'basic information' section, Opps. Oh well, same thing right. So yeah, that pretty much says most of it. As for now, my goals are to gain a little more muscle mass. Get a little bigger. Which means upping my protein and calorie intake. Its a lot harder than most think, but so far by pounding my body with the right nutrients and correct intake, I have been pleased with my results. Just got to keep it up. Remember as Tony says it..."Rome was not built in a day, and neither was your body"
