I was a lean, mean, fighting machine while serving in the military; I couldn't run too far or too fast, but I could crank out 120 correct push-ups in 2 minutes. 15 years and zero exercise later, I put on a lot of weight (and have done about a dozen push-ups in the last decade; not all at once, of course). :)
Moreover, I quit smoking in April, one month after my 40th birthday. Suffice it to say, I added another 25 pounds to my already out-of-shape frame. Once I broke 200 lbs. for the first time in my life, I make the decision to turn the ship around.
Some say we spend the first 40 years of our lives tearing down our body and the next 40 trying to repair it; I was rough on mine for 40 years, so this year, the first year of the rebuilding, I am Power 90'ing in an attempt to prepare myself for the "X".
