More statistics| CoachTiffany86 El Paso, TX I use to weigh 227lbs. I lost 85lbs through beachbody workouts from 2005 to 2010. In October 2010 i found out i was pregnant, and i never worked out but a handful of times during my pregnancy. On June 2nd, 2011 my daughter was stillborn and in July the first time i got on a scale after pregnancy, i was 197. Since July 2011 i have been slowly adding in P90X, Hip Hop Abs and Turbo Jam to my daily My Progress My fitness goal: Lose Weight Transformation story
My goal is to get off the Baby Weight and then some.
