I am a new Beachbody coach but have been through the P90X program many times over the past year. I have also tried out a few of the other programs as well. I have always been active in many sports that include baseball, tennis, golf, snowboarding and rock climbing. Staying fit and tone is my main goal and using these programs can help take you to a higher level in what you want to do in life.

I was always the super skinny kid. All through high school and college I tried everything from working out, eating a lot and different weight gain products. Obviously to no avail. I have always been active in many different sports and hobbies and probably always will be.

After I got married I put on a little weight, not super fat but enough that my grandma told me I had a pudge for a stomach. That kind of sparked me to get with it. I found P90X through a friend and it really got me going and produced the results I was always hoping for. In HS I weight maybe 148lbs and now I can maintain 170 and feel good about it.
