Hi there, I'm Coach "Zarno", (my real name is Jody), and I am very excited to be a part of this fantastic company. Getting healthy and fit has been a long time passion of mine, and now I can share my enthusiasm for fitness with you.

I have been into running and lifting weights for years. I used to work at a major running store called The Running Room, and have actually written a weight loss ebook about what I've learned about the whole world of weight loss. I have struggled with my weight since I was a kid, and have finally figured out that keeping the weight off is a complex issue, and one that is more easily accomplished when we work with a supportive team of people. I discovered P90X a couple of years ago, after I had gotten married, had a child and gained a bunch of weight. P90X allowed me to not only lose weight, but get leaned and toned as well. I don't think I've ever looked as good as I do when I'm working on a Beachbody program.

I'd love it if you joined my team so we can achieve our health and fitness goals together! I believe that we can all achieve our goals if we discover what is holding us back, believe in ourselves, and make a personal commitment to taking the time and energy it takes to succeed.
