I'm a 43 year old mother of 3 (9, 8 and 6) and married to a fabulous man. I've always worked out and thought I ate well. I taught aerobics in college and worked part-time right after college as an aerobic instructor and personal trainer...which got me a free membership to the gym.

Needless to say, I have always had bit of a "backyard" or "junk in my trunk", and because I worked out regularly, I just assumed this was the way my body was built.

In May of 2007, by husband Bradley (Bratler) purchased P90X after watching an infomercial. I gave him relentless grief about these "quick-fix" programs that never work. Bradley started the program in June, I didn't want to give up my results from the gym, so I continued my own workouts but followed the nutritional aspect of the program with him.

After seeing Bradley's amazing results, I started the program in August. When I changed my diet, I went form a size 10 to an 8. After P90X, I'm a size 4...I haven't been a size 4 since High School.

April, 2009 -- I just finished a round of ChaLEAN Extreme. What a great program: the results were amazing and the routines were short (my type of workout!). Still going strong after almost two (2) years of BeachBody program!!!

This has been an incredible journey. If you have questions regarding nutrition (which in my opinion was the hardest part to figure out) or the workouts, I would be glad to help you. I love helping people through the program.
