My name is Jeff and I have been a high school teacher and coach for the last 24 years. I have three great children and love to be active with them in the sports they are involved in all year long. I have been married to my lovely wife for the last 20 years and we love being outdoors, especially at the beach.

Since I am a high school teacher and golf coach I am glad to see the beginning of summer. My golf team won the Nevada State Championship in May and it has been a very busy six weeks for mee (and my family). My two boys are very busy with little league baseball, and my daughter is into gymnastics. Every night there is something going on, but me and my wife have done well to keep our weight under control. This is the time of year we both put on weight but with the help of Beachbody we have been able to maintain.
Now that we are into summer we are set to take the next step and lose those final ten or fifteen pounds.
