I look good but I want to look great. I have always had a very slender build from years of running. Cardio is not a problem but gaining weight and muscle has been. I was optimistically cautious when I saw the P90X infomercial. The one thing that rang true was Tony Horton's point of breaking through the plateau in fitness performance. I have experienced this many times. What I have needed is a program that lays out that muscle confusion program. Prior to P90X I was working out with weights and cardio with some success but also some injury. At this time, I have just started the 5th week and already have seen improvement in my strength and physique than ever before.
I can't wait to continue each workout and take my fitness to the next level. I am also an avid cyclist and HS cross country coach. Since P90X and specifically, plyometrics, I can tell my power on the bike and running is improving. I will be using several of these exercises in my coaching to strengthen my kids.
Thanks Beachbody... see you after the 90 days is done... I'll be ripped, what will you be?
