Whats up everyone, my name is Corey Robbins and I am coach here at Team Beachbody. I am 24 years old and born and raised in the great state of Vermont. I grew up playing soccer, hockey and baseball and played collegiate soccer at Castleton State College. Exercise has for the most part has always been an important part in my life. Going to the gym has always been a different story though as I was typical person who would go to the gym a couple times a week and put more into socializing with my buddies than what I was putting into my workouts. I had no plan, no direction, no goals. This caused me to fall into the worst shape of my life after I graduated college as I no longer had any motivation to exercise or go to the gym because my soccer career was over. I developed a "beer belly" and some terrible eating habits. I needed a change and that change came in the form of a p90x informerical. This is the change I needed and I didnt even need to leave my house to do it.

After my first round of P90x, I have also successfully completed a round of Insanity as well as two rounds of a P90x/Insanity hybrid program I designed myself. I am currently in my first round of P90x2 and I am loving it so far. It has made me a far better athlete! I have seen great results with all of these programs and am in the best physical and mental health of my life. I have great support from friends and family and have some extra inspiration to keep bringing it because in late January I became a dad to twins! I am truely blessed and am motivated to be the most fun and active dad I can be.

It comes naturally to me to want to help and motivate others. That is what I do for a living as mental health worker in the childrens system as well as a soccer coach for youth and high school aged players looking to improve their game. I love to hear stories and connect with people about how they have used these programs to positively influence their lives, whether it was to keep them from falling or using it to rise up!
