Turbo Jam hooked me, and now I've gone from despising structured exercise to looking forward to it. I have never been hugely overweight, but after my second child, I knew I needed to get healthy to keep up with my 2 boys. I surpassed my own goals 3 times and now I weigh what I did in high school, More ...
I have never been hugely overweight, but after my second child, I knew I needed to get healthy to keep up with my 2 boys. I surpassed my own goals 3 times and now I weigh what I did in high school, ultimately losing a total of 15 lbs so far. My energy is better, I have less aches and pains, and I feel like I could easily outrun a zombie horde if necessary. I owe many thanks to Turbo Jam and now I'm incorporating some Turbo Fire as well. Hoping to continue improving my health and reach my final weight loss goal in 2 lbs! Then it's on to improving body fat percentage. :-)
