I have only been involved with Team Beachbody for a short time now. Going to work, school, and balancing family life doesn't leave much time for exercise. That's why I Love This Program!!! Nights when I come home at 10:00pm from work and school, I make time to do my P90X program. I have more energy in the morning now, even after finishing my workout at midnight the night before, this program kicks butt!
