I am the husband of my wonderful, beautiful wife, father to two totally awesome kids (9 & 7), and ever since January of 2008, an absolute fanatic of all things fitness and beachbody. Also, it has showed me the benefits (mainly stress relief) of balancing fitness with work/life, which I believe has made me a better husband/father/lawyer.

I am 37 years old. I was always in good shape when I was younger and played baseball, track, football and tennis in highschool. The problem was that I always "played" my way into shape. Once I no longer had time to do that I gained weight quickly as diabetes runs in my family. I first did p90x in January 2008. After 90 days I had lost 40lbs. and 4-5 inches off my waist. Since that time I have continued to do p90x, p90x+, one-on-one with Tony Horton and Insanity to build and tone muscle. I get great results and have improved every time. I recently added Shakeology to my diet and immediately felt better, had more energy and saw even greater results in my fitness and weight loss.
