In the last three years of my life I have habitually hopped on and off the weight loss wagon. I have battled the bulge so to speak for the last 9 years of my life. Prior to those nine years I was active and healthy but battled depression and addiction issues. While coming out of those issues with flying colors, I used them as a crutch to justify why it was okay for me to be heavy. Now at 28 years
