I have officially completed my first goal!!! I flaked out for a couple of weeks and became lazy, which I regret now and have had to re-motivate myself BUT with that being said I did continue to eat just as well AND I still made my original goal. The goal was to lose 40 lbs by the end of July and on August 1st I weighed in to find that I'd lost 40 & 3/4 lbs. I am super excited and ready to reach my

Originally when I started in March/April of 09 my HUGE goal was to have lost 250lbs = making me around 250lbs by my 30th birthday. Well ON my 30th birthday (March 9th, 2011) I weighed in at 251.4lbs (CLOSE ENOUGH FOR ME!) and my total weight loss to that date was 250.8 lbs.

So that means for the FIRST TIME EVER IN MY LIFE that I was attempting to lose weight, my "amount to lose" was only a DOUBLE DIGIT number!!! That's right! Only 75 lbs more to go. It seems like such a pathetic little number after having lost 250lbs but I KNOW that it'll really be a test of my dedication to finish to the end. I've never made it this far before so I don't doubt that I will finish.

As of April 30th, 2011 weight is 235.1 lbs.
