well i was a chuby kid never had alot of confidence. then i got to high school and i started growing. and sliming down.
i played alot of basketball and lifting weights. building alot of muscle tone and looking good. but 2 and 1/2 years later and i have lost alot of tone since then. im ready to get it back.

well has been 30 days since i have started p90x and im loving it i am seeing amazing results in losing weight and building muscle tone. i lost 11 pounds and 2 inchs in my hips which is amazing. i feel that i am close to hitting my first goal and that is to get the abs i have always wanted. It is just a matter of time.
but not only am i seeing results with building muscle and losing weight. I am also seeing a change in my attitude, it seems like i am in a amazing mood all the time. especially after working out.

its been over 60 days now and i am feeling great. im looking better im gaining muscle back and losing inchs of my waist. im on my way to looking good for the summer haha.
i also restarted the p90x with 2 good friends of mine and we are all enjoying.

its amazing how after working out for 90 days now. not everyday but the majority of the time. it starts to become second nature to workout. i love it i always look forward to working out.
