I have remained active since being a tri-sport athelete in HS. I tend to weight-lift 4-5 days a week and do cardio varyingly. In the passed two years I have weighed 230lbs at my highest, and 195 at the lowest. I completed P90x my final semester at school in the Spring of 2009, lost 35lbs but recent health issues prevented physical activity for 6 months and have brought my weight back to 207. I started Insanity on January 10th and am loving every minute of it. My goal is to shed body fat and improve cardio while looking to finally carve away my one time sixpack.
