Simply put, I am in the military (Army to be exact) and I have been serving my country for four years now. Not to mention the time invested in the Army reserves. And I know that I have the potential More ...
Simply put, I am in the military (Army to be exact) and I have been serving my country for four years now. Not to mention the time invested in the Army reserves. And I know that I have the potential to perform at the next higher level of my job, but, being "lack luster" on the physical side of what the military considers and "outstanding Soldier" has held me back for a while. I started the 10 minute trainer workouts on Tuesday 23 September 2008 to get into the habbit of working on myself outside of the Army. So far, I like what it's about. Devoting 10, 20 or even 30 minutes of PT to better yourself and move on to the ranks you know that you are capable of holding is what drives my convictions. I want to say thank you to those out there reading this, and to BeachBody for developing controls to change lives and the way people think and see themselves.
