I am a Father of 4 boys 1 girl I've been married almost 9yrs,I am a very active person former semi-pro football player..Im the largest I've ever been ,Im 6'0 285, although it does not look it .I am trying to thin out playing days are over I wanna be hear for my kids ,I stop smoking a month ago, dont drink much at all..family has history of diabetics,dont wanna add to the list..lots of stress with
