Target areas that need special attention:
1. STOMACH/LOVE HANDLES- I am tired of using the excuse it's because of my two pregancies, my daughters are 16 and 22. LOVE HANDLES whats lovely about it?
2. ARMS- I would like to wave at someone with my hand without my tricep waving also.
3. CHEST- As we mature gravity makes an appearance (come back perky).
4. THIGHS- To stop the friction of the two rubbing and in constant contact.
On my last visit to the doctor I was informed that my blood pressure was slightly elevated. I explained to her she should expect that when they call you back,put you on a scale, place a pressure band on your arm and cut of your ciculation,stick you in your ear,put a stick down your throat, then hit you on the knee with a hammer. After we laughed I asked what could I do to stay off medication, she suggested losing 10-15 pounds would mke a difference. So as I start this program I need support and motivation to inspire me to reach my accomplishments and goals. with the support of my family and all of you the sky is the limit.
