I'm in my late 40's with a beautiful wife of 25 yrs and 3 wonderful kids.Fitness had never entered my mind until May '06. I decided to lay the smokes down after 20+ yrs and have never regreted it. As with many smokers, I put on some weight after I quit. I decided P90 was going to be the best solution for my quest to be healthy and have a more active. I also have a pretty bad posture

As with many smokers, I put on some weight after I quit. I decided P90 was going to be the best solution for my quest to be healthy and have a more active. I also have a pretty bad posture problem and hope that being more fit and flexible will help this problem as well. My family and I are always on the go I'm sure as many of you are and doesn't seem like we have hardly any extra time. My wife and kids are 2nd only to my Lord and Saviour and NOTHING comes before them. Because of them, I need to be healthy and fit so I can be there for my family as we get older. Outside of that, I work hard and try to be the best husband/father I can be.
