I am rewriting this to keep it updated...I started on 1/09/2012 and was 315 lbs at 6'3" and about 40% bodyfat...On 2/19/2012, I have lost 20 lbs so far doing P90X.... I am a disabled vet and only have 10 to 15 degrees of flex in my right ankle, so the workouts are harder because it doesn't bend right.. but I modify and push play everyday and I'm headed in the right direction.
