I started P90X Classic November '08 did the program for just over a Month lost 7lbs from my 195lbs. Work got too busy for me to keep up with it. I am starting over here on Oct 3rd with the P90X Lean, I am currently up to 200lbs now. I believe I have 90 days to get thru the entire program this time and continue after that, Let's see what we can do!!
