I am 50 years old, and have been married to the same wonderful guy for 29 years. I would like to be at least 30# thinner by the time of our 30th anniversary in June. We have 5 children, 4 boys and a girl, ranging in age from 14 to 27. We have 3 grandkids, age 3,1, and 9 mo. I have hovered around this wieght since our last child was born. I am ready to get active and fit!

I was 215# at my heaviest 18 mo ago. I started a new job and lost 15# in the first 4 mo, stayed there for 9 mo and then lost only 5# this fall. The good news is that I haven't gained the weight back. More ...
I was 215# at my heaviest 18 mo ago. I started a new job and lost 15# in the first 4 mo, stayed there for 9 mo and then lost only 5# this fall. The good news is that I haven't gained the weight back. I arthritis in my knees, and need to take off more weight to avoid surgery. Wow-this really works! I started out just walking and doing a video now and then. I haven't lost the 30#, but the inches are coming off. It's great to wear clothes that have hung in the back of the closet. I even scrubbed the kitchen floor on my hands and knees. I started power 90 yesterday as I'm off for 6 weeks this summer. I'm feeling better!
