I grew up always being on the heavier side of life. Now in my early 20's, I have picked up the sport of soccer and have been doing lots of running. Not unhappy with my athletic capabilities, just want to tone up and become stronger. I'm hoping with a mix of P90X and Insanity I can get to where I would like to be.
