I have spent several years attempting to be active and be healthy. In the past month I have kept better eating habits, worked out using 10-Minute Trainer, and have now lost almost 10 lbs. Already I feel better, am excited about working out, and find my appetite to be much healthier and balanced. I hope to continue this personal trend, and get myself below 200 lbs by the end of 2010.
