More statistics| Dajjer Actually, I was in pretty good shape before the P90X. I run daily and do yoga daily and work out on an elliptical trainer on a regular basis while watching Stargate SG1 or UCLA basketball. Although, I haven't worked out with weights in decades, my strength is pretty decent. I can just about anytime give you 10 pull ups or 50 push ups.
