Dale Cross is my name and loosing weight is my game! I am 46 and have a beautiful wife and 6 wonderful kids. I own a stove and home decor business, and my wife ownes a chain of cell phone stores. My oldest daughter Melissa just blessed us with a beautiful grandaughter in December and recently took the next step in life and got married to Jermey who makes up her better half. Rebecca my second oldest daughter who also recently got married to Chris and is hoping to start a family, she manages all 6 of the cell phone stores around Central Oregon. Our youngest daughter Kayla has been a cheerleader for 3 years, but has decided to enters in her Senior year and focus on her academics and goals. Our oldest son Paul and his wife Durenda are enlisted in the Air Force and are stationed in Washington. Ryan our second oldest has just came home from bootcamp and schooling for the Navy, we just found out he is stationed in San Diego so Sea Worl here we come!! Our youngest son Cody is a 4 season sports guy ( mainly track) he is pushing to be the best and is planning a half marathon in Seattle for his sweet 16, he is a 4.0 stundent and we are more than happy to say he is our son, he is really into music and is in the chior and the jazz choir for his school, he also plays a number of insterments and teaches himself how to play them. My hobbies are; ridding 4-wheelers, boating, water sking and being with my family.
The game of weight loss is like most others, up down, up down. As you can see my challenge is time with business and family I run on a pretty tight schedule. Having a home gym right outside my room helps to motivate me, but when I go awhile with out using it, it becomes more of a catch all area then its back to cleaning it up and getting back into a routine.
