I've been programming computers and building warehouse systems since 1985.
I met my wife in 1994 at a bowling alley. She still bowls, but I threw the ball so fast I ended up hyperextending my elbow a couple years back and haven't bowled since. No loss tho - it's way too smokey in those places anyway.
We now have two chidren, Jayson who is 10 and Lauren who is 8. They mean the world to me. I've been programming computers and building warehouse systems since 1985.

I'd like to get out and play with them more, that's the main reason I'm doing P90X. I need to tighten up my spinal column to interrupt the never ending series of back problems.
When Rose was pregnant with Lauren, we built a house in Michigan. Now that the housing market dried up, looks like we're in it for the long haul.

Up until 10 years ago, I've been in great shape. For at least 10 years before that, I'd work out 2 hours a day, 7 days a week. It took a couple months to recoup from leg injuries and by then, I'd More ...
Up until 10 years ago, I've been in great shape. For at least 10 years before that, I'd work out 2 hours a day, 7 days a week. It took a couple months to recoup from leg injuries and by then, I'd lost the desire to workout that intensely. I also had a new girlfriend (who eventually became my wife and mother to my 2 kids, Jayson and Lauren), so life was great. Those 10 years pass quick. Since the routine ended, I've added over 60 pounds, my blood pressure was borderline high - typically 139/something. If I still have a six pack, it's in the back behind the keg: I started P90X Jun 22nd. In those short 3 1/2 weeks, I've closed my belt one notch, dropped 14 pounds and about 5% body fat, and blood pressure has been 1 or 2 within 105/63 for over 2 weeks. If I don't finish the 90 days, I'll look back and be kicking myself for not. So my main motivation is my future self. I see the before/30/60/90 day pics of everyone else and see that most of the progress is made after day 30. I think I look better in the mirror already and am looking forward to see what my pics show.
