I was an average weight until my sophomore year in college. Since then, I've earned two master's degrees and my doctorate, married a great guy, had a beautiful child and accomplished many of my professional goals. All that said, I simply have not been able to lose the weight and get the definition I know is in there. Last year I got down to 154 pounds through diet and exercise. Today, I'm back up
