How I Started:
Personal resolution to get back in the shape that I was in my Senior year... Preferably a lot better. But that's a good start.
Why I Love It:
Why do I love bodybuilding? Well, overall I would have to say that it feels good. I mean, in the gym it may hurt and burn, yet, once I step outside that door, I'm full of this new essence of confidence. I feel much better about
How I Started:
Personal resolution to get back in the shape that I was in my Senior year... Preferably a lot better. But that's a good start.
Why I Love It:
Why do I love bodybuilding? Well, overall I would have to say that it feels good. I mean, in the gym it may hurt and burn, yet, once I step outside that door, I'm full of this new essence of confidence. I feel much better about myself. Basically, every time I go to the gym, not only am I defining my muscles, but more or less, I am redefining myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly, not to sound conceited or anything. But I look in the mirror. I feel that the mirror, along with tape measures, are some of the most accurate forms of tracking your results. The scale is pretty much bullshit. If I looked at the scale to keep me motivated, I would have dropped the gym in a second. Know why, because all the scale does is tell you how much weight you gained or lost, it doesn't tell you what that weight is from, whether it be fat, muscle, or just simply the massive amounts of water that you just consumed while working out or the water that you pissed out overnight. Thus, screw the scale, I look in the mirror... and I see a difference. This keeps me motivated.
