Hey guys. If you're here looking for help, you've come to the right place and I congratulate you on your choice for healthier living. Coming from someone who grew up as "the fat kid," I didn't realize how much I loved living until I started respecting my body. I grew up with Momma's good southern cooking and parents who didn't promote healthy living. By the time I reached junior year I had ballooned to 210 lbs. I had low self esteem, couldn't jog a mile to save my life, and I was anything but happy. It was time to make a change.

I started researching, eating right, and exercising. In 3 months I was down 60 lbs. I felt way better than I ever had, but I still didn't have the body I wanted. Along with the fat I burned, I had lost muscle mass too, and I was far from having a beach body. I started hitting the gym but those results weren't enough to satisfy me! Where was my 6 pack, why had I plateaued? My diet, although better than before, started slipping and I gained 30 lbs. Some muscle, some fat. I felt like I was going nowhere. I was trapped inside a body that I couldn't fix!

That's when I met Sarah, my BeachBody coach. She encouraged me to keep working out and introduced me to Shakeology, the best drink you can give yourself. It made me physically feel happier, and that helped me give 110% every time I worked out, and now I'm down to a solid 170 lbs in 2 months. I'm still working every day for my perfect beach body, but half the fun is GETTING THERE with the friends I'm making along the way. If you want a coach who'll be there for you like a friend and help you reach your goals, that's what I've promised to do. I want to "share the wealth" as they say, and help everyone feel as good as I do now. It's amazing where life has taken me, and I want EVERYONE TO KNOW IT.
