I completed the final phase of P90X on May 8th. Unfortunately, I did not finish as strongly as I had hoped. However, I do not lay the blame anywhere other than firmly at my feet. Regardless, 90 days of P90X allowed me to shed 27 lbs of total weight, reduced my body fat percentage by several points and saw an increase in muscle.

On May 10th, I began INSANITY as my primary workout which I am performing in the mornings. I will also be doing a modified session of P90X by incorporating some of the resistance programs to my afternoons to keep gaining muscle.

My new goal is to loose 20 more pounds and another 8 % body fat over the next 60 days of INSANITY/P90X!
