Have reached a point where I knew I needed to turn health around. 5' 10.5",
245. Good lower body strength but not much upper.

Series of incidents resulted in 40 lb gain in 2007/8. Need to do something
so I can be alive for my kids. Decided to try (do!) P90X. When my wife saw
the program, she decided to join me (not sure if it is due to wanted to get in
shape herself, encourage me,

Round 30 days done. 29 workouts in 30 days! Have lost another inch on chest and hips and 1/2in on waist.

Results posted - 23 lbs lost along with 4.2% BF!!!!!!

I feel better than I have in probably 8 years. I can now play much
harder/longer with my kids.

Will start Round 2 in 8 more days, and am going for 200 lbs and sub 20% BF
by June!

Comments: Nutrition plan harder to get under control than exercise plan
was. Struggled with that, but once under control made great progress.
