Let's keep this short and sweet. My name is David Ray, and I am 27 years old. I became an avid practitioner of exercise while I was removing 150+ pounds of fat from my frame. During the process, I averaged losing about 2 pounds per week. I started out using Power 90 a few times per week. This, in addition to a modified diet, caused a 100 pound drop over the course of the first year (2004). I Let's keep this short and sweet. My name is David Ray, and I am 27 years old. I started out using Power 90 a few times per week. This, in addition to a modified diet, caused a 100 pound drop over the course of the first year (2004). I plateaued around the end of the first year, and realized that it was time to ratchet up the intensity. I added a few days of cardio to my weekly routine, and I upgraded to the highly recommended P90X. Within one rotation through the program, I had lost another 50 pounds, and for the first time in this fat boy's life, I was ripped.

My story begins in January 2004. At that point, I weighed well in excess of 300 pounds. I was completely sedentary, and my dietary choices were horrifying. Basically, I was taking part in a prolonged suicide, and I did not want to eat myself to death. It just was not the most poetic way to go. Over the next 20 months, I used P90X to radically transform my physique. By beginning with minor adjustments in my activity level and caloric intake, the pounds began to pour off. By the end of the summer of 2005, I had obtained my goal weight of 165 pounds. I was not just lighter, because my endurance and strength were vastly improved. I went from, a morbidly obese, 45-50% body fat to, an impressive 7-8%. Thank you Tony for revolutionizing my life. I have not merely added a significant number of years to my life, but I have also improved the quality of those years. This program made me the man that I was intended to be.
