More statistics| DavidD458 Hanson, MA I first picked up p90x as a New Year's Resolution in 2011. I was doing great with the workouts, lost about 12 pounds in the first 60 days (goal was 30), and felt in great shape.. but eventually got in a rut. Around Day 75, I stopped. The workouts were difficult and I had already seen results, so I just stopped. It was easier to quit.
