More statistics| DawnChioda Erie, CO I am a court reporter. My job keeps me quite sedentary, sometimes sitting in one session pretty much in one place for up to 3 hours at a time. I also have two really bad knees, so I haven't been nearly as active as I would like. So I decided to take the plunge and really dedicate myself to one specific program instead of trying all the fad diets which really don't seem to work. Transformation story
