I used be be incredibly fit and healthy but since I had my second daughter 4 years ago, I have not been able to get back into shape and maintain a healthy diet! I am really looking forward to this program jumpstarting my new and lasting long term healthy lifestyle. This will benifit my entire family. I have always wanted to become a personal fitness trainer so I actually have a lot of knowledge about what to do to loose the weight but it's very hard to work into my lifestyle. I love running, circuit training, kickboxing as forms of fitness training. I have never stuck with any type of work-out videos but I think this will be different.
