CHICAGO - Mom of 3 in elementary school. Just plain out of shape. I'm a size
11 right now and want to get back down to an 8. I was there after baby 2, but
haven't gotten back down to an 8 after baby #3 and she is turning 6 years old.

I am working out everyday with cardio and sculpting, then strength every
other day or so. I'm only in week 1, so I'm trying to make a new habit right

9/10 - Life changes continually. I was a BB addict for about a year and a half. Then in 7/09 I became an organ donor. They said I would be back up and running in 6 weeks after surgery. Long story More ...
9/10 - Life changes continually. I was a BB addict for about a year and a half. Then in 7/09 I became an organ donor. They said I would be back up and running in 6 weeks after surgery. Long story short, it is now a year and I finally feel safe to start working out again.

So if any of my buds are still out there, I'd love to hear from you! Any new people too!

My goals, to not put on the 'freshman 15'. I'm an adult going back to school, and I can see how easy it would be to just add on the pounds. The food provided at school is full of fat, carbs and protein! I'll be bringing my own lunches.

So the goal is back to 300 cal. meals, Slim in 6 (to start), and increasing my water intake. All while maintaining a 4.0! Lofty, let's see if I can do it!
