Since working out with 10 minute trainer, i have noticed a change in my
shape. I haven't lost weight, and that was never my goal, but I have
definately firmed up and shaped up. I had been walking for quite a long
time, but really saw results when I added the 10 Minute series to my routine.
I have also had friends and business associates ask me how much weight I
have lost. They have also noticed a change in my appearance!
