That is not the only reason to be a Beachbody member. Beachbody is about being healthy. You can eat junk food, and still be thin, if that is the way your metabolism works, but that doesn’t mean you are healthy.

I am starting to feel like I used to feel 6 years ago. I used to work out and then life got in the way and I got really lazy. I finally decided to get off my butt and get a butt. LOL. Been doing the Brazilian Butt Lift workout and faithfully taking my shake everyday. I have lost 7 lbs. in about 8 months.

I feel better, have more energy and I truly do not want to eat as much as I used to. I plan on working out more than I do now but even just with three times a week I have seen a difference.
