More statistics| Dedgar waldorf, MD As I approached 46 and facing another military fitness test, I was 200lbs, 36 inch waist and in poor shape. My eating habits consisted of fast food on the run, and high calorie meals. I started P90X Lean in March and upon completion LOST 35lbs AND 3 INCHES. I am now 158lbs and have a 32 waist.
