As I approached 46 and facing another military fitness test, I was 200lbs, 36 inch waist and in poor shape. My eating habits consisted of fast food on the run, and high calorie meals. I started P90X Lean in March and upon completion LOST 35lbs AND 3 INCHES. I am now 158lbs and have a 32 waist. I jumped right into P90X Classic and my body is getting leaner and stronger.

After 90 days of P90X Lean I went from 200lbs to 170lbs and from a 36 inch waist to 33 inch waist. Now I am half-way through P90X classic and getting leaner muscle and better cardio health. Before I could barely run at all and now I am up to running 2 miles per day and walking another 2 miles each day ALONG WITH P90X.
