In my early to mid 20's I was a personal trainer and spin instructor. I was in great shape, ate fairly clean and worked out all the time. I did not work out just for the benifits but truly enjoyed it. It was my main hobby. Then I moved to a rural area, got married, had a baby and well lets say got lazy....
