I am a full-time health professional who must maintain a certain level of fitness for my job. I became interested in being a MDB coach through friends of my husband. The more I learned about it, the more intrigued I became. I feel it is such a rewarding program and it will fit in nicely with my fitness goals. I look forward to developing a successful, challenging business with MDB.

My transformation is in progress. Currently, I ride my bicycle to/from work (approximately 16 miles) 5 x week. My problem is that I do not strength train sufficiently or at all and have developed More ...
My transformation is in progress. Currently, I ride my bicycle to/from work (approximately 16 miles) 5 x week. My problem is that I do not strength train sufficiently or at all and have developed some overuse injuries with the biking. In the spring - fall I train for 100 mile bike rides. With these rides, you are stuck in one position for many hours - thus the injuries. My plan is to transform the weakness in my body to strengths in order to prevent further injuries. I would do running as cross-training, however, I am unable to do this on a consistent basis due to the weakness in my core and hips. As a result of less running, my weight has crept upwards. So, my goal is to strengthen and lose weight. I look forward to sharing my story with you.
