6 years ago, I ordered Power 90. Both my wife and I started P90 and immediately noticed changes in our energy, physical appearance, and attitude. I lost 27 pounds and Stacy lost 20. I got down to my college football playing weight, but was a lot leaner and more defined.
I have a passion for helping others who desire a healthy lifestyle.
